School Of Ministry
Traditionally, most ministry schools have been established to train full time ministers. This course, however, is for every believer.
The Bible tells us that an entire team ministry, that is: apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor and teacher are needed to fully equip each Christian. (Eph. 4:11-13).
“And He gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.” Eph. 4:11-13
He gave us a team of equippers, to train us for our ministry, build a unity of faith and have a personal relationship with Him.
To achieve this, there needs to be a solid plan put in place by the church, so that every believer has the opportunity to reach God’s ultimate goal for them individually. This is the primary reason why the School of Ministry (S.O.M.) was developed.
For example, good parents ensure that their children receive all the instruction necessary to help them be successful and fulfill their calling in life. They send them to primary school, secondary school and often parents assist them through tertiary education. Thus, achieving the goal for their children.
It is also important to note, that this is the biblical example that Jesus left us. He equipped and trained 12 guys for 3 years then he released them. As a result, they turned the world up side down. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we had a church today, who could once again, turn the world upside down?
So the main goal overall for the School of Ministry, is to fully equip every believer with all the spiritual tools necessary, to do the work of the ministry.

“I write to you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for His names sake. I write to you, fathers, because you have known Him who is from the beginning. I write to you young men because you have over come the wicked one...” 1 John 2: 12-13
Notice in this scripture, how the apostle John mentions 3 stages of spiritual growth.
The school of Ministry has courses for all 3 stages of growth, and is designed to bring the believer from a child stage of Christianity, to a Son/daughter stage, and finally, to a Father/ Mother stage.
The basic characteristics of each stage are listed in more detail below. This is then followed by a list of the School of Ministry courses available, for each spiritual stage.

· DESTINED – This series is designed to reveal our destiny and the call of God that is for every believer.
· WEAPONS OF MASS DISTRACTION – This course focuses in detail on how to practically have a relationship with the Lord, with Christians and with the unsaved.
· KILLING SACRED COWS – This course is designed to restore the lost truths in areas such as: Praise, Worship, Communion, Finances, and Accountability.
· HOW TO HEAL THE SICK – This course is designed to equip and release the believer in the signs and wonders of God.
· PARTNERS IN HIS POWER – This course if designed to equip and release the believer in the 9 gifts of the spirit, based on 1Corinthians 12: 4 – 11.
· CONTAGIOUS CHRISTIANITY – The main purpose of the course is to equip the believer with essential tools of evangelism. This course also contains the essential ingredient of mentoring new Christians, which is vital in sustaining church growth.
